Sorry sorry, i know it’s been a long time since i put a new piece up - Been busy actually, it seems that real life if finally catching up with me again, sigh… i start a new course in less than a week’s time :)
Anyway, ‘bout this image… it took me awhile to get into the right mood and churn out an image i felt for. i can’t say i’m totally satisfied (my lack of ability cannot materialize what is in my imagination), but i think i have at least captured some feel of what i’m trying to convey… i hope :P
This time i was trying to get a more ‘art noveau’ look. but i failed at that, haha… i think Mucha’s style of art would suit a romantic and lovers theme very well! It’s flowing, its figures smooth, colours bright, and despite it doesn’t use a depth of field or light/shadow to convey a more 3D look, it is works very well….
But his art is just beautiful. Adam Hughes the comic artist is greatly influenced by him, and his works are absolutely stunning! Sigh…. one day, i really hope to be that good.
hmm…. i’ve also been feeling a bit uninspired… not sure why. I think doing work you are not really looking forward to does that to you sometimes. And i’m in need of a good dose of fanfiction! LOL~ i really whould explore other sites other than fanfiction.net
Future images in mind: i got a few, but i’m not in the right mood for them. I was actually doing another piece i lost the mood, so i switched to doing this piece. Ah well, more day-to-day scenes btw the pair, some pose ‘shots’, maybe Severus needs to be in different coloured outfits…. :D
I’m still excited about doing a fanfic of my own :D got a major one in plotting, but i won’t post anything until i’m satisfied with the whole flow of the plot and hve cover all the loopholes i spot. Muahahaha~
